Free cancelation

In the case you require to cancel the service because of an emergency, the booking can be cancelled and will be free of charge. You will be refunded within 48hrs from the time of cancelation.

Our pets grooming partners won’t ask for any payment at any time, all pets grooming bookings are pre-paid through the justclean app.
