You can select up to five cleaning specialists to book for multiple hours, they are highly trained and specialized in cleaning.
Select the number of hours you would like to book
Book up to 7 hours for your next home cleaning session, your bookings are timed and can not be finished until the time has ended.
Booking schedule
Select your preferred date and time of when you would like to book a home cleaning session.
View your booking information
Your booking status will be updated during the booking, you can end the job at any time once you are satisfied with the service.

Wonder what happens once you make a home cleaning booking?
One of our partner home cleaning companies will acknowledge your booking. None of the justclean home cleaning partners will ask you for payment as all payments are done before a booking. Your booking hours will only start on arrival of the cleaning specialist.
Free cancelation
In the case you have something come up or you require to cancel for an emergency, the booking can be cancelled and will be free of charge. You will be refunded within 48hrs from the time of cancelation.
Free rescheduling
You can reschedule your booking free of charge, in one easy step. You can reschedule your booking at least 30mins before the booking starts. Select a new date and time that is suitable for you.
Pre-paid
Our home cleaning partners won’t ask for any payment at any time, all home cleaning bookings are pre-paid through the justclean app, also we hold the amount and once a home cleaning partner acknowledges the booking the amount will be deducted from your account.
Refund policy
We provide refunds within 48hrs of requesting a refund. Refunds are made in the case a home cleaning company can’t make it to the booking. Refunds are made automatically also when an order is cancelled.
