Your booking status will be updated during the booking; the car wash operator will scan your QR code to confirm the order.

The car wash company will acknowledge your booking. None of the justclean car wash partners will ask you for payment as all payments are done before the booking. For mobile car wash the company will arrive on time to clean your car. If you have purchased a car wash station ticket you can show up at any time or reserve a time which is most convenient for you.
Free cancelation
In the case you have something come up or you require to cancel for an emergency. The booking can be cancelled and will be free of charge. You will be refunded within 48hrs from the time of cancelation.
Free rescheduling
You can reschedule your booking free of charge, in one easy step. You can reschedule your booking at least 30 mins before the booking starts. Select a new date and time that is suitable for you.
Pre-paid
Our car wash company partners won’t ask for any payment at any time. All car wash bookings are pre-paid through the justclean app.
Refund policy
We provide refunds within 48hrs of requesting a refund. Refunds are made in the case a car wash company can’t make it to the booking. Refunds are made automatically also when an order is cancelled.
