How it will work once you have made your first order? The laundry service provider will acknowledge your booking and aim to arrive on time for the selected date and time of collection. Payment can be made once the laundry service provider collects the items and confirms the items in the booking.

Free cancelation

If for any other reason you do not require the service you can select a cancelation reason and proceed to cancel the order without contacting us. The cancellation is FREE of charge when done before the driver collects the items.

Free rescheduling

If you need to reschedule the laundry service, you can easily do that through the justclean app with just a few clicks. Just pick a different day and time, and your booking is rescheduled.

Post paid
