justclean offers two types of Spa bookings, book a massage at home or purchase a ticket to head down to the local spa.
Select a spa
We provide multiple spas for you to select from with multiple packages with multiple service levels.
Select your preferred package
All packages have a number of hours to complete the service and each package has its own “what’s included” list so you know what service you will get.
Select your preferred schedule
You can select the date and time of when you would like the service and our pet grooming partner will be there on time.
View your booking information
Your booking status will be updated during the booking; the technician will scan your QR code to confirm the booking.
Book a spa day or massage at your convenience
Wonder what happens once you make a spa booking?
The spa or massage provider will acknowledge your booking, none of the justclean spa partners will ask you for payment as all payments are done before a booking.
For a massage at home they will arrive on time to start your session, if you have purchased a spa ticket you can show up at any time or reserve a time which is most convenient for you.
Free cancelation
In the case you require to cancel the service because of an emergency, the booking can be cancelled and will be free of charge. You will be refunded within 48hrs from the time of cancelation.
Free rescheduling
You can reschedule your booking free of charge, in one easy step. You can reschedule your booking at least 30mins before the booking starts. Select a new date and time that is suitable for you.
Pre-paid
Our spa partners won’t ask for any payment at any time, all pets grooming bookings are pre-paid through the justclean app.
Refund policy
We provide refunds within 48hrs of requesting a refund. Refunds are made in the case a stylist can’t make it to the booking. Refunds are made automatically also when an order is cancelled.
